The training and coaching exercise has been life-changing to my leadership. I have learned to identify myself as a young leader which I believe came from God. I have shared a lot with my coach and he has helped me improve my personality, thinking, planning, targets, strategy, handling of finances, vision, focus, and dedication to God and my family. I will walk with my Coach till the end of 2022. It has been a humbling experience in a good way
I am now able to make plans and stick to them. Earlier, I would fail to honor my plans and still feel okay about it. I have discovered the main cause of my procrastination which is setting unmeasurable goals. I have learned to rather work with simple attainable goals than complex goals that put me off from the get-go. I have made a decision and the first steps towards achieving my specific economic and leadership goals.
It has been a great time of self-realization and a lot has beenachieved as I continue with the training and my coaching sessions. I have gotten clarity for my goals and the path towards achieving them too. I however feel I still want more.
